As shade sails and shade structures are typically out in the elements, they require cleaning just like any other building or structure.  This should be factored into shade sail maintenance.  In wet areas, shade sails can be the target of mould and dirt.  The most effective cleaning method will depend on the size and height of the shade sail and the material used.

A high pressure hose and soap is often the best way but care must be taken to avoid damaging the fabric.

We often team up with specialised cleaners to provide a maintenance program for our shade sail customers.  The result is that shade sails can continue to have that ‘new’ look.
